DISSOLVER MOTORISED LIFTING

TO MANUFACTURING AND SUPPLYING:

HP High Speed Disperser with 2 HP Mechanically Motorized lifting arrangement for mixing materials of specific gravity ranging from 1-1.3. Premix Capacity --- LTRS.

BODY:

The frame will be made from angles and will house the body casting, guide pipe. The base frame will be of 12mm. thick MS plates. The top frame will have the motor and the shaft assembly.

AGITATOR:

The shaft will be of 38mm.dia.in SS. MOC. and will be tapered to 33mm.dia. It will be supported by 2nos. ball bearings. The bearings will be housed in a MS. Housing which will be bolted to the top frame. The shaft will have a 6^1/2 (150mm) Cowles type impeller blade for dispersion.

DRIVE:

The shaft will be powered by a 5HP 1440RPM 3 Phase squirrel cage induction NON-FLP Motor through "V" groove pulley and belts. The shaft speed will be fixed 1440RPM. 2HP 1440 RPM Motor for Screw Type Mechanical Lifting Arrangement of the stirrer.

CONTROL PANEL (NON FLAME PROOF / FLAME PROOF)

A control panel duly powder coated is provided with the followings functions. Main motor on off, ammeters, voltmeter, emergency stop, inverter trip, indicating lamps, speed control switch, RPM indicator and MCB. All internal wiring is per international codes of practice.

FINISH

All SS parts are duly polished to a bright or matt finish. All MS parts are painted with 2 coats of metal primer and polyurethane paint.

Machine is designed for Solvent based paints having viscosity of poise and sp gr. of 1.2. Water based paints having viscosity of 15 poise and sp gr. of 1.3.
