Ointment Plant All Product Contact Parts are Made Of SS 316 L Quality Material. All Pipelines are Electro-Polished. Complete untouched Process PLC Based control panel with color graphics and touch screen display. SCADA SYSTEM can also be provided. (optional) Equipped with CIP & SIP facility. Complete cleaning validation. A Minimum of Two spray Nozzles (German Make) ensures thorough cleaning without dead spots or shadow areas. Load Cell for online weighing and final make-up. (optional) All Transfer Done Under Vacuum to Avoid Hand Touch & Contamination. Pressure And Vacuum Tight Mixing Vessel. Inspection glass illumination with U.V Filtered Light. Circulation after Mixing: Depending Upon the Batch Size it is possible to circulate through the whole vessel or just the lower section. Intensive mixing by Special 'Z' Type Semi-Contra design Anchor stirrer avoiding dead zones. Variable Speed Drive Provided For Main Anchor Stirrer Assembly For Different Speeds. Contra Rotary Stirrer for Tooth Paste.(Optional) Angular Mounted Bottom Homogeniser is provided with Electronic water detection sensor for safety of the seal. Variable Speed Drive Provided For Rotar Assembly For Different Speeds. Complete Lid lifting arrangement to facilitate cleaning and product change over, interlocked with safety device so that anchor stirrer starts only when lid closed. Mixing and Dispersing Quality Adjustable. Lower maintenance required. Specially Designed Inline Filters Provided To Ensure Proper Filtration. Transfer (Lobe) pump provided to transfer ready product from main Mfg. Vessel to Storage or for recirculation. Digital Metering Pump provided for transferring exact volume of cream from storage vessel to Hopper of Tube filling (Packaging) machine. FLP motors with FLP push button station. (Optional) Documentation: DQ / IQ / PQ / OQ provided With Process Validation. 1.
